Terms of Service.
General terms.
♥ Work is in digital form. No physical good will be shipped unless stated otherwise.
♥ All work is for PERSONAL/PRIVATE use only unless commercial charge has been included.
♥ I may deny your commission if I feel that I'm unable to fulfIl your request.
♥ I may post commissioned artworks in my portfolio unless otherwise stated by the clients (including fees).
♥ Don't use the commission as NFTs / AI purposes.

✓ Slight NSFW art (gore, blood, nudes, cuts, etc.)

Art Process.
♥ When filing in the commission google form, please include references of your character.
♥ Once accepted, I will send the invoice, the sketch will start when i receive the payment
♥ Revision 1 : Major changes (composition, pose...) can be requested only during the sketch period.
♥ Lineart / Rendering will start if the sketches are confirmed.
♥ Finished drawings will be sent for a final review.
♥ Revision 2 : Minor changes if any - (error on color or adding)
♥ After everything is approved, I will send you a google drive link with your files.
♥ Commissions are usually finished within 2-3 weeks once started, but it can take more time, depending on my schedule (max: 1 month.)
Payment.
♥ All transactions will be made via Paypal with invoice.
♥ Prices in USD.
♥ Commissions must be full payment upfront; however partial payment can be agreed.
♥ Don't send any payments. I will send the invoice if your commission is accepted.
Refunds.
♥ Refunds can be requested if the commission hasn't started (sketch), otherwise no refunds.
♥ You wouldn't get a 100% refund, but a 90% because of Paypal taking fees, so PLEASE think carefully before commissioning me.
♥ If for any reason I'm unable to start / finish your commission you will receive a full refund.
♥ If you're getting a refund, DON'T request a PayPal chargeback, I will transfer the money to you.
Commercial License.
♥ 1.5x price : Promotion Material/Streaming Assets (Vtuber branding, Twitch, Youtube, Website)
♥ 2.5x price : Merchandises (Selling art, Printed Goods)
